Welcome to our platform (“Platform”), a digital marketplace connecting Event Organisers, Artists, Venues, and Guests. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform, including mobile applications, websites, and related services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
- By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Platform Roles
The Platform supports multiple types of users, including:
- Event Organisers: Create and manage events, send offers to artists, and manage bookings
- Artists: Create profiles, receive and accept offers, and perform at events
- Venues: May host events and send offers to artists (feature may be enabled in future updates)
- Guests: Browse, save, attend, and review events
Bookings and Offers
- Organisers (and applicable venues) may send performance offers to artists
- Artists may accept or decline offers at their discretion
- Once accepted, both parties agree to honor the booking terms, including performance and payment
- The Platform is not responsible for disputes between users but may assist in resolution at its discretion
Payments and Fees
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
- The Platform may charge service fees or commissions on transactions
- Users agree to applicable pricing, fees, and payment terms at the time of booking
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the Platform’s refund policy or event-specific terms
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
Content and Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of content they upload
- By posting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for Platform operations
- You must not upload content that infringes on third-party rights
- All Platform content, branding, and technology are owned by or licensed to us
Ratings and Reviews
- Users may provide ratings and reviews based on their experiences
- Reviews must be honest and not defamatory or misleading
- We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates guidelines
Event Participation
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet event requirements (e.g., age, tickets)
- Organisers are responsible for event execution, safety, and compliance with local laws
- The Platform does not guarantee event quality or availability
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies may vary by event or agreement between users
- Users are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to applicable cancellation terms
- The Platform may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for cancellations
Privacy
- Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy
- By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described
Third-Party Services
- The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways)
- We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party providers
Limitation of Liability
- The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
